Corina got into real estate because she wants everyone to have the opportunity to build equity and invest in their future the way she's built hers — and to help protect that asset once it's theirs, solving whatever problems come up along the way. Long before she ever held a license, she was buying and selling property for herself and looking after property for others — she started young, learning the process firsthand rather than from a textbook, and that hands-on instinct still shapes the way she works with every client today.
She moved to Florida more than two decades ago to work in hospitality, and has stayed rooted in the Tampa Bay community ever since. What keeps her here, and what she brings to every client relationship, is a real appreciation for how diverse and layered this part of Florida actually is — there's no single "Tampa Bay buyer," and she doesn't treat her clients like there is.
Corina is based in the Heights, working a corridor that runs from Wesley Chapel down to South Tampa — from a $200,000 first home to a $4.4 million waterfront estate, the standard of service doesn't change based on price. She works alongside a team, but every client works directly with her, start to finish. Known for direct communication, careful negotiation, and a refusal to let any client's file feel like an afterthought, Corina approaches every transaction with the same level of care.
